I need to add a little something? Not sure what ribbon above the Happy Anniversary going horizontally maybe or, brads in the corners or, nothing at all... I made this card for my BIL and SIL they have been married for a hell of a long time 24 years...hehehehehehe 24 years ago I was a wee one just going to school and trying to look good...hehehehe Remembering the good old days...
The card base is grey and I used a silver Sharpie around the out side edge...TFL

Punch: Fiskars Balloon, it makes it look like I have the ticket punch for the corners...

I got this tip from Stacy when I need a "touch" on a card, etc.
Do you have a gold Krylon pen or a bright metallic pen? I would "ink" the edges of the red cardstock with it to help {pop} it off the card.
If no pen, I would use gold mini brads at the corners of the white/stamped image cardstock.
