This week I got a happy mail gift from an on-line friend Linda... Thank you, Linda.... She sent me some new stamps, images and a Sorry to hear you were sick image that is so nicely colored... I would love to show you what I got but, I need my DH to show me how to work the new camera... Not so new I guess we got it at the end of March...:0)

Carpet cleaning...

Carpet in the living room is now clean and the cat and dog dislike me because, they had to stay in there kenels and not be in the living room today... It only took about four hours to move every thing out vaccum and then steam clean let it all dry and move every thing back in by myself.... I work better at doing these sorta things when my DH is at work... I want to clean the hall way and the bed room this weekend while he works...

The cat and dog will hate me for sure...LOL

Anniversary's!

I told you the week I went away for my grandmothers services that we had our fifteenth anniversary... Well, this is the card I made for my DH... He bought me a card that fit to a T... LOL Thanx, sweetie you know that finding that card on the bathroom counter that morning before I went to work made my day... It was not the best day from the start knowing that I was taking the red eye flight back to my grandmother funeral... I did not want to fly on our anniversary it felt odd to me... But, to tell you the truth I have the very best husband in the world! he drooped at the door of the airport and we talked on his drive back home... I really do miss that man when I am away from him... Yesterday I would have given him to the very first taker tho...LOL You know I am only joking sweetie I would fight tooth and nail to keep you...:0)

Try and ignore the rocks it is just part of the back ground behind the card...
The stamp is one of those dollar stamps from mikes, I used my copics to color it in and I used stickles for the red dots and green for the vines... The boarder punch is a Martha punch...

Where are you now!

Family and the treadmill have been on the top of my list the last few months and the seem to be staying put for a bit yet... I have had some time to make a few things and color image R.A.K.'d to me but, not a lot of time to post them to my blog... As soon as I can I will be back in the swing of it... I got a touch of the blues for a while as well...:0) I hope that they stay away...:0)

Next week is a normal work week then the following I will have short week because, my sister has a spinal cord tumor removed and I want to be with her... She had one ten years ago but, it was only the size of her pinkie nail now this new one is the size of her pinkie... She is a bit freaked, as we all are... I am just trying to stay strong for her and her family... The following week I have taken off work to be with her when she is home so that my BIL can still work and not worry as much about her being by her self all day... It is nice to work for myself because, I can do this sorta thing and all my clients understand that family always comes first... As they all feel the same way...

I will be taking the last few images that I have stamped and have had R.A.K.'d to me, to the hospital with me for something to do... Last time it took all day and I was going out of my mind the book did not help one bit but, coloring always helps me relax... Then the following week I may need more images for so that I can color when she sleeps during the day... I would clean but, I know her cleaning lady and that house is going to be clean and I would do the laundry but, that lady will have it done... LOL I am that lady...:0))))

I guess that I deep clean best under stress because, this week I am cleaning my carpets at home that means everything moves around and gets cleaned... I hope I find enough time to stamp a few image for the following week... I always do this run and run and then I am too tired to think about what is getting to me really... This is the way I deal with it all...:0)

Then in September I become a great auntie... Well, lets face it I am already a great aunt (LOL) but, my sister and BIL's oldest is having her first baby... She and her husband are ready with the room and all the goodies now comes the jump in with both feet and swim for your life part... :0) I am sure that they will be fine with the family support coming from both sides...

Thanx, for coming back and checking in as well as all the E-mails but, truly I am okay... :0) It is nice to be missed tho...:0)

On the mend...

WOW! I tell you what do not pick up any bugs while traveling...LOL This was a BIG bad bug it put me in bed for days and made me feel as if my throat was on fire... Then it went into a head cold, flu ( I'll skip telling about that ;0)) then into my ears too...:0( I have been in bed and on the sofa and that has been it... Went to work last weekend and only lasted two and half hours before calling it a day... I could not clean any more I needed a bed... I am on the mend now and feeling a lot better... Thank you! I even made it to work today and did the whole day...LOL

Hi everyone!

Hi everyone, sorry it has taken me a little bit longer to get back on here than I thought it would... You see after I got home I came down with some nasty bug and I have been laid up in bad for the last couple of days and now I can not sleep...:0( Well, I did sleep for almost two days straight so that maybe why I can not sleep now...

My grandmothers service was very nice... I also got to catch up with my family face to face which is always nice... My brother I think has gotten taller but, maybe that is just my imagination... My father has taken care of my grandma for so long that I am not sure what he will do with himself now... I hope find someone to fall madly in love with and spend many years happily ever after...

The weather last week in M.I. was awful muggy...:0p

15 Years ago DH and I said I DO! What a wild ride it has been... I would do it all over again in a heart beat and then some... Happy Anniversary to my beloved!... Just know how much I really do love you!...:0)

I will be leaving tonight on the red eye for my grandmothers service in M.I....

P.S. My niece cut a ton of my hair off yesterday it is awesome... I will get a good photo to show you all when I get back... And more on this as well....:0)

It is a very sad day!

It is a very sad day today....:0( My grandmother passed away just a few hours ago... She would have been 90 next Monday.... She really did live a good long life but, she will truly be missed by all whom she touched....

She always loved to tell me story's about when I was young and I would sit on her lap in the kitchen and play cards with her... She would tell me how I would take all the cards say they were mine and cheat, she always laughed after she told me it... LOL
She really did love with all of her heart and to feel love like that just once in your life makes you blessed.... I do not remember those days but, I remember the love that she had for me, how she hugged me tight and kissed my cheeks first thing every time I have been home to see her..... She had this sparkle in her eyes and the best smile, I have been told that I have that same sparkle and a great smile too...
We both also have a raised mole on the left side of our faces... Hers was a little closer to her ear and mine is on my cheek... She told me once that her mother had one as well and it was even closer to her ear than hers was... I laughed and told her great if I ever have kids it will be on their nose... It made her laugh...

I hope that she knew just how much I loved her....

Thank you, to my sister...

A Thank you, to my sister and her DH... My sister and her husband helped me to get my beloved treadmill from Landice $$$$... I work for them and they went ahead and paid me in advance so, that I could get my treadmill that I am working out on five days a week...:0) Today I went 2 miles in 31:08 but, I finished out to my 36 min. goal I just went a bit slower after I hit 2 miles...:0) The funny thing is that I feel good no great after I am done...:0) I am glad that I am over the lay on the bed and pant like a dog and feel as if I am dyeing faze... Endurance baby!...
So, sis if you are still reading my blog thank you and you will soon be getting this card...:0)
P.S. yes, that is me on the wheel....hehehehe
