Love bug!

This image was RAK'd to me and colored in when it got here... The challenge was to see what we could do with the images sent to us... Thank you Sandy....


As you can see I use accents on it ans this time I used Stickles on the backs of them... They really look cool but, they are A little hard to see on the card so I did a close up of the extras I made for you all to see...

This first one I made for a friend named Sharron TOS, she loves fairies... She is an Auntie Amy's embossing Arts stamp... I use $1 ribbon, Versafine O.B., $1 stamp sentiment, pop dots, Stickels. M.S. border punch both pencils and Copics to color her...

This week I got a happy mail gift from an on-line friend Linda... Thank you, Linda.... She sent me some new stamps, images and a Sorry to hear you were sick image that is so nicely colored... I would love to show you what I got but, I need my DH to show me how to work the new camera... Not so new I guess we got it at the end of March...:0)

Using it up...

I had gotten these sweet squares in the mail form a friend and I thought these would make a great birthday card for some guy.... I am trying to use up things that I have been RAK'd that are in my basket... I would love to give you info on these stamps and what not but, they are not mine and I have no clue as to whom they are made by... TFL

I am always in need of a card or, two... So, I try to make some ahead of time... I was just playing around at 2P's when they had a New Years challenge to make a black, white and one other color card on the stamping MB.... I had just gotten this stamp from my friend Linda so, I thought I would ink it up and try it out...:0) TY, Linda...:0) TFL

Just Beacuse...

I am trying to use up image that have been RAK'd to me over the last year...:0) Thank you very much to those whom have sent me something I love getting images in the mail....:0))) It truly helps me make up my mind on if I want a stamp or not.... I am sure that a few of you feel the same way... And If I can make your wish come true on any of my stamps let me know and we can work a image swap out...:0)))

I used Stickles in the centers of the flowers.... TFL P.S. Updated.... This was colored with Prismacolor pencils.... I had yet to open the markers when this card was made I did open them tonight...

R.A.K. gift from Sandy....

You just got to know how kind people are that are out there in this world with you... And some days I think man people have got to change and be nicer to each other... Then other days like this one and you just know that there are still some really good people in this world....
Sandy, is one of those people... No, really she is.... If you have never been to Sandy's Blog I say go and see what she has been up to... It's a Colourful World Sandy, has been collecting and distributing cards to our troops to send back home to there families... As you all know local drugstores and card shops are not over in the middle east for our troops to stop in and pick up greetings to send back home...
And some days getting that letter from your solider is really what you need... I have a brother that is in the A.F. and he has been to Iraq, Turkey and is now in Holland.... I tell you what I miss him and wish him safe every day....:0)

On-line friends are the best...hehehehehe I have got a awesome group of ladies that I would be happy to call friend any day of the week... I was saying in the post the last time I got happy mail about how Stacy had sent me my very first Primas well, now I have more Primas....

I have had to keep this first card under wraps until today....:0) It was in a card contest at the Sunroom Library... But, no longer do I have to keep it off my blog the voting is done now... And I won! Thank you, to all whom voted for me...:0)

It was a big week and I said I would share more later on that well here it is... I have had happy mail coming in for the last week... Oh, what fun new things to play with and things to try out....

One was from Flossie, at Flossies Follies... I won blog candy over at her blog... It was my very first blog candy win...:0)

Second one was a RAK from Stacy, Stacy's Memory Triggers... She sent me some goodies to play with and like I said my very first Primas...:0)

The third one was RAK from Sharon (TOS), an on-line friend....:0) Oh yes, she took pity on me and I now have Pink E.P. .... TY:0) LOL

Do you see the SU boxes in the bottom of the box....:0) I still use these for my UM's and TOS no longer needed them...:0)

And last but not least was from Linda, at Linda's View... It was my Pay it Forward card and images and so much more...:0)

I had to clean out my craft closet first, do a few tubs of wash, unload and reload the dish washer before, I could make the time to play in here...:0) This is my one month anniversary for the blog...hehehe
