Baby turned one...

My great niece turned one and this is the card I made for her.... I made one of those cute onesie card for her mommies shower and so I thought this would make a cute card for her first b-day...

Just got home a bit ago from the party and it was a blast... BTW, she has been walking for about a month...

I used Lauren M.'s idea I just did not punch the holes at the bottom for the onesie...

Littlest Pet Shop cards...

I have this really cute niece that is 8 and she is very much into LPS toys so, I took home some of the packaging so I could make her a few cards and send them to her just for fun... Here is just a few of the ideas that I came up with for her cards... I have a lot more to make... LOL And I am sure she will love them all...

Diva!

Me no... LOL Really I am no diva I don't wear make up unless it is a very special day like Halloween...LOL I hate they way it make my face feel and I do not shop that often because, I hate to go shopping alone and my beloved trys but, it is more fun with friends... I am T-shirt a jeans kinda gal...

As you can see I use accents on it ans this time I used Stickles on the backs of them... They really look cool but, they are A little hard to see on the card so I did a close up of the extras I made for you all to see...

Anniversary #16! What?

On July 17th we had our 16th. anniversary... I got to thinking where did the last 16 years go no, really how did they go by so dang fast... If we sit down and think about it they really did not go by all that fast... You might want to skip that next part and head down to the photo's of the card my beloved made me... I Love Ewe too very much...:0)

My beloved does read my blog from time to time so, here are a few high lights for him... Remember being so dang broke that we did not have cable for years and those rabbit ears that sat on top of the t.v.... Living in a duplex that we rented and freezing our tushes off ever winter and being so, sick because of it or, so we thought until we found the black mold... Along came the little buddy my four legged kiddo and then another when our friends need a new home for there big dog that they could not take to N.Y. when they moved for a few years to work... The best two dogs we ever had ok the only two we have had together...:0)

The stray cat that got a whole stake of the grill...LOL You where so mad but, we (me) learned to close the grill lid from that cat... I bet you even remember the cut of meat it was... LOL I do not but, the look on your face I do....LOL

Having only one truck and me driving you to work and then heading off to sit in a park for an hour before I went to work because, the extra gas to go back home was not something we could afford and showing up early at one of my houses was not an option...

My broken arm from the car accident and you doing my hair an helping to dress me every day before you went to work... and you air brushing on my cast way cool...

Then we lost our BIG dog (we had her longer than our friends did) and a few of your cats too... I still miss them all...

And then the better years came along and we had cable that the neighbors stole off of us...LOL

Then along came the second car and the plans for the the new house to be built that is all ours... I only wanted a few things for this said new house, two bathrooms (check), a craft room I could close the door and walk away from (check) and gas heat so I was not cold and sick ever winter (check)...

Then your new job and the big changes it brought with it... I know it is a better fit for you than the last place you worked...

I Know that times have been good and bad but, I do love you more than anything in the world...

And always you my beloved that is all I have ever wanted... Hugz and Kissz love me...

I had these two card left over from last weeks challenges over at stamp haven...

Close up of the nail polish painted accents I painted these ones on the backs so you are looking down through the clear plastic... I love the look nail polish color was time for wine... I did not like the front painted ones as well...
This one is same image as above... I used copics to color it and ranger vintage ocean sponged on the back ground for the sky... White ink an white EP for the clouds...
