neck pain go away!

I went in to see the doctor about the neck pain for my follow up and the films (X-rays) they took... The long and the short of it are as follows... The abnormality is very small shifting in the vertebra at C4an C5 is not enough to really worry about at this time and the neck is somewhat straightened but, that could be from the muscles being to tight from spasm's that they are pulling my neck straight... This is what the cause of all this pain has been because, when the muscles spasm's happen and everything is all inflamed then vertebra push on the nerves and then I get the burning and shooting pains down the back of my arm along with the neck pains from the spasm's... She told me that this can happen anytime again (really like this being the 6th time, I knew that. I was just worried they might have missed something from the other times) an that there really is not a lot that can be done for it other than try an ease the pain I am in... Still in some pain but, it is so much better than last week....

I am so very glad that it is nothing major....

Not to busy...

This first one I did is H.M. stamp by BIL just had surgery last week on his arm I think I will send it to him as a get well card... I used Copics to color it, $1 ribbon, Slab II p.p....

I ended up making this into H.B. card for my Aunts Birthday... I forgot to take another photo of it after I added the senitment to it... It looks like her dog the way I colored it...LOL She loved it.... Still in pain just trying to hang in there....:0))

A few new cards...

This first one I made for a friend named Sharron TOS, she loves fairies... She is an Auntie Amy's embossing Arts stamp... I use $1 ribbon, Versafine O.B., $1 stamp sentiment, pop dots, Stickels. M.S. border punch both pencils and Copics to color her...

WOW! June has come....

We have been doing a little of this and that, went on vacation and had a blast with our best friends and the four legged kiddo's we each have one...
We went on a vacation to NV., AZ., UT. we stayed in Mesquite Nevada an did day travels around to the other states... We went to the Valley of Fire and walked some trails and to Hoover Dam and walked both sides of the dam... The new bridge at the dam that will bypass the dam is awesome to see being built... We played in the pool and laid around it to get all golden brown LOL I had SPF 50 on...LOL I did get a little color... Almost every morning I got up and walked the hill behind the hotel I went up over and then back again 35 to 40 min. walk... I know that a year ago I would have just laughed at the idea of walking on vacation an just stayed in bed... What a great vacation we had and we went with our best friends BIL an SIL....

We got home and I had been planting flowers in the back yard as well as a small garden area too... I went my cleaning and have nothing but good news from the dentist an then later in the week woke up with my neck pain back in full swing it as even sending burning pain down the back of my arm.... Gggrrrr I went in to see the doc. but, she could not see me so, I had seen her NP in the office (she is great)... She set me up with a shot for the pain an pain pills as well a C spine series X-ray... She called me back an I have a abnormality at the C4 so, I go to a follow up with the doc. this next week to see what is going on and what we can do to make this stop the NP said maybe MRI to see more... I would just like to not wake up in pain and to know what makes it do this...

I took this just last week...

So, sometimes it is so very hard to see just how well you are doing when you are taking weight off... Then last week a friend asked me to post a new photo of my self on a group that I belong to and I took a new photo of my self the lighting is bad but, you can see the changes...:0)) What do you think can you see the changes too?... I will try and get a better photo soon... Yes, I did my 4.65 miles today w/incline in 1hr.10min. then went on a short walk around the park with my aunt that is visting from TX.... After that we went out for a nice lunch and had a great talk...:0)

Sweet Pea.....

My niece had a baby girl last year so, I became an Auntie... Well, I made her this sweet little album to have photo's in at work... I know that she misses her so very much and when she is between clients cutting, perming or coloring then she can catch a peek at her sweet pea...

Supplies used:

I used my Roll.A.Bind to make the album out half sheets of 8.5 x 11

Stamps: Studio G clear and wood, TAC soap bar, and others unknown

Inks: Versafine O.B., Ranger brown

Copic Ciao, Prismacolor pencils for coloring
